General Terms of Use

Porsche Luxe Drive ("we", "our", or "the Company") provides premium vehicle rental services in Indonesia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and rental services.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle.
• You must hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• All information provided during registration and booking must be accurate and truthful.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Rental Policy

All rentals are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation is issued by us.

• A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at the time of pickup.
• A security deposit of IDR 5,000,000 is required for all rentals and will be returned upon vehicle inspection after return.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with a full fuel tank (for non-electric vehicles).
• Late returns are charged at 1.5× the standard daily rate per additional day.
• Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any rental vehicle. A cleaning fee of IDR 500,000 applies for violations.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are per calendar day and may change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• Credit card authorization holds may be placed for the security deposit amount.
• Any additional charges (damage, late return, cleaning, etc.) will be billed separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 72 hours before pickup — Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• 24–72 hours before pickup — 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup — No refund.
• No-show — No refund. The booking is considered forfeited.

Liability & Insurance

All vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage. However, certain situations are excluded from coverage:

• Damage caused by reckless or negligent driving.
• Damage incurred while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Damage from use of the vehicle outside agreed terms (racing, off-road, etc.).
• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle — we are not responsible for loss or theft.

In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately contact local authorities and notify Porsche Luxe Drive within 2 hours of the incident. Failure to report may void insurance coverage.

Porsche Luxe Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental vehicles.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect personal information solely to process your bookings and improve our services.

• We collect: name, email address, phone number, ID/passport details, and payment information.
• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
• You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

Cookies Policy

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
