Booking & Reservations
01 How do I make a booking?

Browse our fleet, choose your vehicle, select your rental dates, and click Book Now. You'll fill in your personal details, pick-up preferences, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

02 Can I modify my booking after it's confirmed?

Yes, you can request changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up date. Log in to your account, go to My Bookings, and select the booking you'd like to modify. Changes are subject to vehicle availability.

03 How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle. During peak periods (holidays, weekends), we suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead as our fleet is limited to maintain exclusivity.

04 What happens if the vehicle I booked becomes unavailable?

In the rare event a vehicle becomes unavailable, our team will contact you immediately to offer a suitable alternative from the same category or higher. If no alternative is accepted, you will receive a full refund.

05 Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can book on behalf of another person. However, the primary driver must be present at pick-up with their own valid driving license and must meet all eligibility requirements.

06 Is there a minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). For certain high-demand vehicles such as the 911 GT3 RS, a minimum of 2 days may apply.

Payment & Pricing
01 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers and major debit/credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

02 Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No hidden fees. The price displayed on the booking page is the total cost for the rental period. Additional charges only apply if the vehicle is returned late, damaged, or with a fuel level below what was agreed.

03 How is the daily rate calculated?

Our daily rate is calculated per 24-hour period from the time of pick-up. Rates vary by vehicle model and are displayed clearly on each car's detail page. Longer rentals may qualify for a reduced rate.

04 What is the refund policy for cancellations?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pick-up receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

05 Is a deposit required?

A security deposit equivalent to 1 day's rental rate may be required for select high-value vehicles. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.

Vehicle & Fleet
01 What types of vehicles are available?

Our fleet consists exclusively of Porsche models across four categories: Sports Cars (911 series, Cayman), SUVs (Cayenne, Macan), Electric vehicles (Taycan), and Classic models. All vehicles are 2022 or newer and maintained to the highest standards.

02 Are the vehicles maintained regularly?

Yes. Every vehicle undergoes a full inspection and professional detailing before and after each rental. Engine checks, tyre pressure, fluid levels, and safety systems are verified before the vehicle is handed over to you.

03 Can I take the vehicle outside the city?

Yes, inter-city travel within Indonesia is permitted. International travel or crossing into other countries is not permitted without prior written approval from our team.

04 What happens if the vehicle breaks down during my rental?

In the event of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 support line immediately. We will arrange roadside assistance or a vehicle replacement at no additional charge if the issue is not due to driver negligence.

05 Can I request a specific vehicle colour or spec?

Vehicle availability is displayed on our fleet page in real-time. We cannot guarantee a specific colour as we assign the available unit of your chosen model. If you have a specific preference, contact us before booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Category 04
Requirements & Policy
01 What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?

You will need a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A), a national ID card (KTP) or passport for international guests, and the payment card used at booking. All documents must be original — photocopies are not accepted.

02 Is there a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Drivers between 21–25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge for certain high-performance models. Drivers must have held a valid licence for at least 2 years.

03 What is the fuel policy?

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You are required to return the vehicle with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refuelling fee will be charged based on the missing amount plus a service charge.

04 Are there mileage limits?

Standard rentals include a daily limit of 300 km. Excess mileage is charged at IDR 5,000 per km. Unlimited mileage packages are available for rentals of 5 days or more — ask our team when booking.

05 Can I add an additional driver?

Yes. Additional drivers can be added to the rental at no extra charge. Each additional driver must be present at pick-up and must meet the same age and licence requirements as the primary driver.

Insurance & Safety
01 Is insurance included in the rental price?

Yes. Basic comprehensive insurance is included in all rentals at no extra cost. This covers third-party liability and accidental damage, subject to an excess/deductible amount. You can upgrade to zero-excess cover for an additional daily fee.

02 What should I do if I'm involved in an accident?

Stop the vehicle safely, ensure all parties are unharmed, and call the police if required. Then contact our 24/7 support line immediately. Do not admit liability or make any agreements with third parties. We will guide you through the process.

03 What damages are not covered by insurance?

Insurance does not cover: damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, deliberate damage, damage caused by off-road driving, tyre and rim damage from kerb impact, and losses due to personal negligence.

04 Are personal belongings inside the vehicle covered?

Personal belongings left inside the vehicle are not covered by our insurance. We recommend not leaving valuables in the car. Porsche Luxe Drive is not liable for theft of or damage to personal items.

Account & Membership
01 Do I need an account to book?

Yes, an account is required to make a booking. Registration is free and takes under a minute. Having an account lets you track your bookings, save favourites, and build your membership rank over time.

02 What are the membership ranks?

We have four membership tiers based on your cumulative spend: Bronze (starting rank), Silver (IDR 1M+), Gold (IDR 5M+), and Platinum (IDR 15M+). Higher ranks unlock priority booking and exclusive benefits.

03 How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click 'Forgot Password' and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

04 How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your registered email address. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all booking history and membership points. Please note that any active bookings must be completed or cancelled first.
